Pets are important, every one knows that. But are the rarity / attribute lvls important enough to outweigh a pets skills?

For example, if you have to choose is it better to have a Holy pet egg and use the Hill Bear Cub Transform potion (Gives either pa or +all attributes) ORRRR is it better to have a lower rarity pet egg (say an Amazing pet egg) sacrifice the attributes, but have a fell snake pet which i argue is the best pet to have for a rogue (reduces targets defense by 10% and increases masters pa by 10%). While you do less damage, the pet would be reducing targets defense by 10%. Better for the party.

If you are forced to pick which is better? low attribute fell snake or a high attribute bear cub.

Pet active skills are too inconsistent to matter, especially if you already have a different pet at lvl50+ for maxed passives. Just isn't worth the cost.

If you got the cash for that, just tier your wep or armor higher instead and get real stat boosts instead of a random chance your pet will buff/debuff.

Ok, thats understandable. But what if i dont already have a lvl 50 pet? Or i have new rogues gearing up in guild. They dont have levled pets yet. Once they finish gear, should I have them work on a holy pet still? or Sacrafice that 700 dex for an albeit inconsistent chance at 10% pdef reduction.

For PVP high attribute pet.
For Bossfights Fell Snake, unless You're a tank with not enough stamina, or other party member already has a Fell Snake (unless this debuff stacks. IDK).
