Briar Shield Glitched

Much like vengeance sting, briar shield does not proc on crit hits.


Rogue/Mage elite skills --Create Opportunity Bugged. So is vengeance sting (half bugged)

Hit create thread in the bug report forums and fill out the template - it is now automatically placed in the post on thread creation. It is the same format as before just easier to use now.
