S/D 60 elite

When this first came out it was broke(leveling the skill with TP resulted in no actual gain in effect)...could any1 verify that it is working as intended now?

I can't verify it for you, but I recall some months ago, you would get the full effect (like its maxed) of the elite regardless of the actual level of the skill (despite what the tool tip said).

Have you investigted if the 60 elite is based on the level of vamp arrow, rather then the level of the 60 elite itself? I mean to say trhy a lvl 30 vamp arrow, comapre the rage/focuz/energy gain vs that of a lvl 50 vamp arrow?

i'm asking so i know if i should bother wasting the time to get it lol...

and also, i thought it was the opposite problem, with a lvl 50 skill giving the amount the lvl 0 skill was supposed to give...

there is probably an issue with the conversions, because VA is already modified by devour blood, and you level VA to enhance the effect, but with the 60 elite, it modifies VA again, bt you level the elite itself to enhance the effect...

anyways, was just wondering if there are any other s/d's out there lol...or even a d/s with all elites that could switch over and verify quickly...

At lvl 50 Efficiency Guidance (lvl 80 VA) when Blood Devour is triggered it gives 1490 mana + 30 rage/energy/focus for yourself and nearby party members, when VA is cast and Blood Devour isn't triggered it still gives 30 rage/energy/focus to nearby party members.

no it's not working. I've posted about this problem the week the elites came out. twice actually. with video's of thing si tried that might of made it bugged. still no fix for it
