Ok, can we just cut to the chase?

Take bows and crossbows out.

Make scouts a bare handed class. Replace all skills with "Slap" and snipe with "CRITICAL SHIN KICK".

While you're at it, reset all elite skills to "LOLOLOLOLOL GET TROLLED" 0% dps scales at .01% dps.

There's a food that lowers mana cost by 25%, iss set skills that restore mana, a pot that increase mana by 20% but idk if stacks with touch of unicorn/grace, p/m buff

The scout was once a legendary creature that ruled RoM. Do to a curse from the bosses in RT, the scout became a crippled hero. Now no longer able to carry on as they once were, they are a dying breed.

The Scout is a legendary creature that once proudly walked the lands of ROM as plentiful as the buffalo that once roamed the Great Plains of America tall and strong unafraid of even the mightiest creatures bringing prosperity to the great powers from above and diamonds to their pockets. But was brought down by the jealousy and hatred of a small vocal group who paid their homage to the powers above, who then exterminated the Scouts by nerf and neglect and a mindless hatred that never wanes. So the Scout is no longer allowed within the confines of a land now populated by Rogues who are as worshiped by the powers from above as the Scouts are hated. As the Scouts vanished so did all the players who once played the game and now only a few remain.
Should any Scout again appear they will be cursed by nerf as soon as they appear until they are driven forever from the realms of ROM. If you ever see a Scout again feel blessed for their sightings are as rare as those of the legendary unicorn. The legends say should the Scouts ever reappear as plentiful as the buffalo that once roamed the great plains that the lands of ROM will once more be filled with happy people with hands full of diamonds to pay homage to the powers above.
