Champ/mage level 15 elite

So I was just hoping to clear up what the champ/mage level 15 elite actually does. At level 1, i's description reads: "Inflicts 50.0% main hand weapon DPS on most targets in the specified area each time a successful block occurs. Also reduces Physical Attack Speed by 45.0% for 5.0 seconds."

So does this mean that while it is active, any damage done to you, you repel back to the person who hit you based on your main hand weapon? I'm confused because of the wording of the successful block since you have no shield or anything, what is considered a successful block?

yes, the skill does an aoe around the player whenever the player parries an incoming attack

I played ch/r mostly and ch/m only from time to time, but the parry rate was awefully low. So I decided not to invest any tp into this skill.

Did they change the skill recently then? I remember a while ago in siege we went against a guild that had what I think was a ch/m who was statted heavily on stam and def. Whenever I would cast on him with my mage, he would take a little damage, but I would end up dieing without him even attacking me. I figured it was that skill since I couldn't find anything else in the champ class combo's that seemed like it was the skill he was using.

Anyone have any idea what he may have been using if it wasnt this skill?

Champions have 2 AoEs that they can have running (not both at the same time though) while they use other skills. One has a lot of bubbles on the ground, the other is a bunch of flames on the ground. You step in there... you die lol.

Champion in general has 3 aoes,
the bubbles around the champion, during which he can cast other skills
the flames round him, during which he can't cast other skills (but it possible to turn on bubbles and than flames)
the 'circle' on the ground - nice range and stays for a couple of seconds, during which he can cast another skills

In the case of ch/m there is also damage once his hp bubble shield goes off/is destroied

Or the lvl 60 elite, which is bum bam, 1kk hit :).

Not to mention that ch/m (actually each champ combination) has a ranged attacks...

Unless Dysantic remembers the name of the skill that killed him, its really hard to guess which one was used :)

btw, ch/m has 100% more mdef elite skill, and a lot of damage mitigation skills ;)

Well there were no aoe's on the ground when I was hitting him. And to be completely honest, I don't remember what my combat log said. I really think it was saying something along the lines of "dysantic casts fireball on champion/x for 10k damage" and then "ch/m inflicts 5k damage on dysantic" but I just may be making that up in my mind at this point.

All I remember is that he was a champion, using a t12 two handed hammer with massive hp (in the 300k range) who never attacked anyone, was never in shield form, but just ran around killing guards and taking towers while everyone in my guild was attacking him like crazy and just dieing while hitting him. lol
