Kingnothing the originator of this post, he stats like almost all sta pa, im not sure how else, but he always able to hold my aggro better than most knight tanks ive run with.. but alas he is another player who quit recently...

who did what now?

my gear is mainly stam/pa with some random stam/def, stam/hp and a couple str/pa. like i said earlier my gear is far from op but i'm able to hold my own for the most part. I run with a lot of crafted gear and outdated stats.

if you are below a certain PA (20% boss pdef), then PA increase does not increase output damage. raw damage increase will increase output damage at any PA/pdef.

essentially, if you don't plan on getting enough PA to break past the minimum, all that you can do to increase damage (and thus, aggro) is buff pdam.

my r/p can outdps r/m. your name is stupid.

mages should stack dex. word.

Ill agree, no point or need to stack all stam/pa, I stack three stam/pa and three stam/hp.

unbuffed I'm around 80k patt, 322k hp and 300k pdef on k/w, slightly higher on k/s. though I'm mostly in 80 gear and acc lol. with beserk and buffed I can hit about 200k ish pat for burn on boss hold 800k ish pdef and still have around 800k+ hp.

It can vary whether I use hp, pdef or patt house maid and certain pots, can hold about 1.1 mill hp or 1.2 pdef and patt doesn't change much and I don't loose much on the hp or pdef whichever way I got but that's fully buffed.

you can cut all that down by half and still tank with holding agro, i'd take a look at your rotation if you cant hold agro or look at your gear and stats and see if you can upgrade either or both.

Hey all
Im probley best geared knight at the moment at ENG servers
I stack 5x sta/hp 1x sta/deff im at 44070 stamina 295 deff and 369600 hp
But i have 25600 dmg unb and 41k patt and right now i do fine. Just when k/m and s/w crit like 30kk hit you probley lose aggro but nobody can keep that up i gues

Well, let me put my 2 cents in here. Unbuffed, 25k stam, 174k hp, 59k pa, 21k p damage, and 216k p def. I stat 4 stm/pa and 2 stm/def. Using ironblood will I do not have a problem holding agro. However no geared pve w/m or k/m on Indigo. So not sure about holding against them. Do well against a great geared wrd/war. BTW, all accessories are the same that physical dps use, same for the cape.

I have 83k pa and 23k pdmg unbuffed and even a nub wd/w like cerb can pull aggro(yes I checked to make sure he didnt have a hatred in this time)

are you running with more than one wd/w?

I am only running with one wd/w. But the wrd/w has a party wide agro reduction buff that goes on every1 to reduce every1 in parties agro while raising the wd/w agro. There is an addon to knock this buff off yourself. That buff will hurt you in a big way.

I mean no disrepsect, but "endgame" on Indigo isn't the same as "endgame" players on most other servers. In all likelyhood, the wd/w Dr-death runs with is not as powerful as the ones in other servers, so he may not suffer the same aggro issues. It could also be that the wd/w isn't using aggro skills, instead using slash.

Wd gets agro by simply looking, when i was tanking as knight it was pain to hold agro over them, possible, but so much work

Tienkeem doesn't seem to have any problems with our wd/w... the only time there's ever trouble is if the noob forgets to tranq.

pfft who uses tranq anymore.. lol i make these tanks work here forget tranq man, hold my aggro so i can use a rage pot and keep burning.

Im so used to taking aggro i honestly just go.. yep... transfer and amulet and go till i die lol

Burn or die, yall should know me by now

and trust me when i say it was either me, cal, shin, or saela all as wd/w one of us would pull not one of us ever used a tranq pot lol, because.........scrutwar.

To add to this.... before qq.... Duv and heddin have held my aggro before without a tranq,

I never tranq if he's in g1 (maybe on coe 5th if he's in g2). Tien is just good.
