Okay so after some snoopin' about with the recent scout "balance" "changes" I have these things to say.

They didn't really -change- anything except some values.
This is cool... in a way >.> With the particular skills they "changed" it's cool.

The change still isn't really a balance :\
This is cool... take it in increments. Don't bring it way overboard.
It's a simple, and easy way to "balance" a class out. But somethings are broken and should be fixed
All in all, thanks for not nerfing.
