Back chap 3-4 days i was told by every living scout back in those days to not even use snipe as it is a waste of time and you can do more in that 2-3 cast time with other skills just as cike mentioned..
But times have really changed. and with all the burn buffs involved a snipe now hits for 5-10 million usually and at times 10-15 million if stars align
A lot of bosses your already within range of snipe so dont really need to reduce snipe cast time if you dont want to imo. Plenty of time to use it while cd is goin.
And even those bosses where you have to just run like 4-5 feet to get in range before you plant yourself with archers glory, you will catch right back up fast on the scrut haha.
But this is being said for s/wd, i was almost 5-6 seconds late to a fight once but snipe hit for 13 mil... and cc hit for 9 mil... it was quite funny to watch everyone building on scrut past 10 mil already easily... and bam scout with 22 mil instantly rofl. #love scout
