s/d with swap gear?

Has anyone tried an S/D with a swap gear with wisdom?

Granted, it won't be as good as swap for other classes, but: to what extend can it bridge the gap between S/D and other scouts?

focus reapplies itself anytime there is a change to the wisdom stat unfortunately. I'd have to check again for gear swaps, but when you pop all attribute or wisdom buffs, it will recalc.

even then though, you'd be getting at most an extra 25-30k PA at the cost of an entire set of maxed healer gear.

I'd love somebody to prove me wrong, but 50% PA off a /single/ stat is just meh. half your swap gear stats(2-stat yellows/oranges cant be wisdom/wisdom) will be useless. m/w get (iirc) 100% off both stats(str/stam).

It does not cancel when you swap gear. I haven't thought of testing what happens some wis buffs get applied. :( Pity.

It's not as good, but still, since d/s are useless now as healers, I thought they could kill some time by trying their s/ side, esp. that they have wis gear already... The idea is now officially killed by buff value recalculation (when drinking heroe pot etc). :(

M/w gets 50% also it's just 50% of both str and stam and str/stam actually exists.

We know what happens with suggestions, but maybe this one would be worth a shot?

Since S/D gets a buff from one stat only, it should be 100%, not 50%. And value of the buff should be calculated at the moment the buff is applied and then never change.

The first seems like adjustment one value. The second works already for other combos. Hard to say, but might be little effort, and might make another combo a bit less unplayable.

(And costs might be really low: it may be for D/S that want to join as dps 'cause another D/ is healing today; or if you focus on S/D you could make swap on crap stats.)

While m/w may get only 50% int from a single stat, int gives 2 point of matk for every point of int. So, you are technically still getting 100% matk from a single stat. 1 x 0.5 x 2 == 1
