A bit of punctuation would help. You having trouble killing people when you're in Honor Gear? Sorry bud, you're doing something wrong. W/M is strong in full honor gear wand+shield.

Bethomia had such low MDef that you needed like nothing built around you to do good as a magic dps. Now you actually need some help. So if you're running in raids built around melee, yeah they'll do way better than you.

Why shouldn't M/W, R/M, or Wd/W be beating you in DPS?

The problem you might be having, is the people who you use to always beat in DPS, actually geared up to or past your level now where as before they had not, or they have now learned their class.

w/m can easily get over 200k matk, 500k pdef/mdef/hp in siege so that shouldn't be a problem, with the addition of stuns.

w/m can also reach over 500k matk very easily with damage food, so can certainly do good burn dmg (no not best) however it for sure is the highest long term dps class.

(pve using pom gear+hoe set+instance chest+wand+fire tali) (pvp using full honor+wand+shield)

the stats listed in signiture are for mage/scout (so staff), it is still easy to hit 170k on w/m however I just havent updated very many pieces at all in a long while. So for w/m matk is 164k, 13k mdmg, 8k crit (no title - statted all int/matk)

As for pvp gear, I use 1 pvp earring, pvp wings, and 7 piece honor, the rest is my pve gear. For offhand I use either a stam/hp/def statted shield, or a stam/hp/mdef statted tali, depending who we face. Honor gear and earring are mostly all statted 4 stam/hp 2 stam/def, with a couple stam/mdef throw in.

I had started a thread on that in the suggestions, however it got buried without a second look into it. I have asked several GM's and all say that at the moment it is not possible, have even had people send in tickets to no success on fixing their siege titles line. :/ I do not yet have Iron Bloodwill, and am currently on the right course, however those who made one mistake should not have 2 years of sieging gone to waste in the long road to Iron Bloodwill.

Yes it is... on t8 HD the fire dmg talisman gives +9.6% fire dmg, since at least half your dmg is fire dmg (more if you're running with a good wl/m), that means just the ghost stat increases your dps by at least 4.8% (try beating that with some matk ghost stat!). you can increase the bonus by tiering higher, which some do even to the extent of tiering it like a weapon and disregarding the bonus they could get from the stats they could've put there.

I did some extensive calculations on the german forum back when betho was released, but I'm currently too lazy to look those up and translate them (they're also a bit outdated), but the gist was: annelias flat mdmg was better before betho was released (kbn wand was in between, depending on sets, but that one lost to the lvl 76 quest reward), but since then the mdmg on the wands has increased to a level where those percentages from the fire talisman benefit you more.
