Scout/Rogue Skill Max Priority

As a level 95 scout/rogue, what skills after blood arrow should I max to 95, in what order?
I don't support 1 Server. I just like the Anagram - GOAT GRIP!

50 max passives > Blood Arrow > Snipe > DPB > Reflected Shot

After that equally distribute the rest into:

Shot > Vampire Arrow > Target Area > Eagle Eyes > Swiftness > Combo Shot > Mana Drain Shot > Piercing Arrow > Weak Spot

(Sort of in that order... Most boss fights you may not reach past combo shot, so even though those 3 skills may hit harder than shot/vamp, they will not be used as often.)

R2P summarized it well, i would just clarify that BA must be maxed 1st for sure, followed by snipe then what he listed.

Also, r2p, something that bothered me a lot for a while - why rogue to priest considering you are/were an elf and cant be a priest! :D

When I played on Indigo before making and playing Zencast the m/wd (going back to my roots from chapter 3) I had played a character roguetopriest whom was a r/m/p PvPer. Only ever had like 60k patk max but at those times I only logged in to pk everyone on the server ^.^

And yea the first list of maxing I tried to list in order :o The second list of skills is more preference.

Just to clarify. He didn't PVP. He was a filthy PK.

Thanks r2p, good to know, I've only met Zen and Nir, Nir was annoying with invisible + bunch of flames in pve gear, or so I thought till I met Nir in pvp gear ><
