Mental Surge +4 Increases the pet master's intelligence by 5.0% for 30.0 seconds.
Divine Crystal +9 Restores 15.0% points of pet master's health when health has dropped below 50%.

Fungus (MAGE PET)
Hack+10 Inflicts 200.0% physical damage on target.
Blessed Magic+4 For 30 seconds, the pet master's magic attack power will increase by 5.0%

Multicolored Skipper (MAGE PET)
Swooping Dive +10 Inflicts 200% physical damage on target.
Blessed Magic +9 For 30.0 seconds, the pet master's magic attack power will increase 10.0%.


Parrot (MAGE PET)
Swooping Dive +10 Inflicts 200% physical damage on target.
Blessed Magic +9 For 30.0 seconds, the pet master's magic attack power will increase 10.0%.
Mental Surge +4 Increases the pet master's intelligence by 5.0% for 30.0 seconds.

Pink Ball
Fire Ball +15 Inflicts 50.0 magical fire damage on target.
Blessed Magic +9 For 30.0 seconds, the pet master's magical attack power will increase 10.0%.
Guts +9 For the next 30 seconds, the weapon damage and magic damage of the
pet master's next attack will increase by 10%.

Rainforest Hunter
Rend +15 Inflicts 250% physical damage on target.
Guts+9 For the next 30.0 seconds, the weapon damage and magical damage of the pet master's
next attack will increase by 10.0%.
Boiling Blood+4 Increases all of the pet master's attributes by 5.0% for 15.0 seconds.

I'm not ancientgear, but there is a pet transformation potion in the Item Shop which you can buy with dias (or by buying dias from another player with gold) and then feeding the transformation potion to the pet you wish to transform.
