Runes of Magic US / AU

Yo guys,

I have a warrior/priest maxed with all of its elites. I was just wondering if its possible for warrior/priest to tank with the 60 elite? I also realized that it might be hard to keep aggro with warrior because it doesn't really have that much of aggro generation skills, except for taunts. But its 50 elite makes slash do double damage for the duration of the fear, as well as probing attack. While the enemies physical and magical damage is reduced by ~~20%, take it or leave it, so would it be able to tank because of mass damage? . The 60 elite makes defensive formation not take away physical and magical attack by 50%, my DF clearly states that it only increases pdef by 50%, plus survival instinct maxed, I've reached about 550k pdef and I have not the best gear at the moment clearly statted without any def. But if I were to put a hatred X in a 1h axe and put another one in a talisman? with the burst damage of 2x slash and probing attack, plus some other amazing %dps skills such as Opportunity, Thunder, ect. Would it be viable? If not, Ill just stick to dps and self-heals/soloing.
