Healing power Calculations

I was wondering if anyone knows the healing formula. And how EXACTLY healing points and weapon damage factor into final heals recieved by the target. As well as other factors like wisdom and casting speed. How do they factor in. How much EXACTLY does wisdom do for HoTs?

Lastly what exactly does the healing number on healing skills do. Ive heard that having level 50 healing skill vs having that same healing skill maxed is a very small difference.

Any help with figuring these things out is much appreciated.

I did a few calculations based on the formula found at your link. The results seem a little bit off from what the actual heals are healing for.

By how much? there's a disclaimer saying it will vary by +/- 6%.

It is entirely possible that the formula used there is incorrect. There were other links returned via search engine, maybe if this formula isn't accurate, one of the other resources has the correct information.
