Runes of Magic US / AU

I've been told in game that at my level it's not possible for me to solo Ghoul Duke and that at a min, I'll need to be at level 30 or higher.

However, since I just finished transmuting several pieces of gear, I've been wondering whether or not it's possible for me to solo him now.

My gear is pretty much what is shown in my runedb profile.

Gear is on either Icedrake, Icedragonknight or Iceknave.

If needed, I can switch to axe + shield (+3 level 19 shield with same stats as the glove) or switch to priest side (with shield + buffs, 3k hp).

None of my weapons are transmuted yet, just basic same level high durability weapons.

I'm aware that I'll probably need to bring a second weapon as I lose around 10 durability from my weapon (less from my armor) just fighting through all the trash mobs up to Ghoul Duke.

Regen is at level 20 and ticks for 110 hp per tick if I'm on the warrior side using the 2h axe. Urgent heal is at level 5 and heals for around 200 if I'm on the warrior side using the 2h axe.

Biggest challenges will be the Hollow Shell and Ancalon. You should wait until mid 30's before trying them on a W/P.

Just trying to decide whether I have enough power to take down Ghoul Duke. The other bosses I'm not really concerned about right now.

Ancalon is at level 28. My gear at best can be considered equal to unmodded gear at around 28 or so tops. That means effectively, I have no attack or defense power advantage over Ancalon espeically since it's a crown level boss and soloing bosses like this requires that I have some sort of advantage either defense wise or attack wise over any bosses that I fight. Elites are slightly different as it's possible for me to go toe to toe with them without too much difficulty even at or below level because my gear boosts me up enough to fight them with relative ease.
