Doesnt really matter since you can not do a dungeon that is lv35 when you are 35. Unless you have high level friends to kill the things, it is useless. By rights a group of lv 35 players should be able to do a lv 35 dungeon. By the time you can do it, the gear you get is useless. I personally do not think it is fun following behind a lv 55 doing nothing. But the "lv 35 instance" are NOM and IDK

It's not impossible to solo Nom at his level, my account did it numerous times as a lvl36/37. But ofcourse that being said.. yes the gear is/was useless to me considering what i'm wearing to be able to do this and solo it. RoM is still a great place to farm though for selling essences.

To the orignal OP yes you should be in RoM right about now.. to answer your question. You will need to atleast be IN a party to be able to get in there and function without being ported out, but they don't neccsarily have to go with you unless you physically need their help... which you might as i'm abit twinked out as a m/p - p/m so i am not the norm, but i'm a new player and wanted to be strong and didn't have patience to wait till i was 50+ like so many suggested.

NOM is next after FA. You also have Paspers Shrine in Sascillia Steppes. Mystic Altar in Ystra would be next.
Artemis Server toons: Dehammer w/p (retired)
DukeofNuke m/p

Chief Fear-monger of Superbad
You may not fear me, but you will fear my towers.

Gee, I guess all of us who did FA and NoM way back when there were very few high-levels around and you had no choice but to do them with a group of others around the same level didn't really succeed then? Yea, we died, many, many times. But we did it without having a level 50 (the highest level at the time) doing all the killing while we went along for the ride.

Just goes to show how most of us who've played before Feb 2009 are now old-timers of this game...:D

Seriously. The most fun I had yesterday was when my level 39 s/d teamed up with a level 38 knight and a level 41 priest, and the three of us brought down Lemislive. It wasn't fast, it wasn't pretty, but we did it at the appropriate level, and had a blast in the process.

So, the people getting gear from HotO and Origin and ZS and DS don't exist, because they don't have some high-level friends to come in and kill the stuff for them?

I think the point you are trying to hit is there is a difference between dirty stating and clean stating of equipment. Normally for leveling folks will only do dirty stating. I know when I first started (really not that long ago), I was new to the arcane transmuter, I was new to knowing what stats where what and how they stack, etc. Trying to do an instance at the appropriate level with the gear I made was painful to say the least. I've learned alot more since then and could probably do the same thing but this time be more successful at it. Knowledge is a very powerful tool. I do think that the instances are a challenge to say the least at appropriate level with just dirty stating. Although stacking sta you will probably have a much higher survivability rate which in turn would allow you to succeed.

they will give you some quest of the recomended lvl but as others have said, its not very well scaled

I think having instances (randomized would be even better) that scale to a party or player would be awesome. Somewhere else to grind or solo if grouping is proving to be a hassle. So many of the dungeons that say for 35th level require a full geared up party and that is less than swank sometimes.

Instance List...

It is very nice of everyone to post ideas about the content of the stated instances or talk about what a level 35 character should go to next, however as quoted above, Is there a list of instances showing what level one gets a quest to go into which instance and the progression?? I have seen sites like theRoMWiki but the content provided is somewhat limited. I would much prefer to find a site which has player feedback on the instance along with the details and history about the instance. I find "instance" looking portal doors throughout the game yet other then the obvious windmill which is a windmill and only ONE entrance door... its difficult to know which entrance to enter at what level. I went to FA for the first time with a group who is also new to the game and we saw 2 portal doors. Where does one look to know which portal door to enter with out getting into a level 50 instance in error?

These are the type questions the original poster was asking and which no poster I read on the first couple pages answered. Not to sound like a jerk, but can we get answers to the ORIGINAL question?

The only answer to the original question is that there is no answer -- there's no such list, and no such site that I'm aware of. Generally, though, you won't be able to wander into a high-level instance by error, because you need to be attuned for pretty much every instance including and higher than IDK35 by doing a series of level-appropriate quests. The only exceptions I'm aware of are Kalin Shrine, which you'd have to go looking for to stumble into anyway, and Hall of Survivors (ditto). And if you do find yourself in either of those at the wrong level, a quick look at the level of the first mobs would tell you you're in the wrong place, and to get out quickly. :)

This is the best list I could find of the instances and which ones require getting attuned to and to what zone they are at.

I have not really found a very well organized list of who starts what quests for attune to the instas you need attuned to. If you search the forums enough though you should find posts that tell you whom to talk to to start those quest lines...and yes they are level specific.

http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthr…er+Dragon+CotWD

I am still looking for who starts the attune quests for Cave of the Water Dragon. But I doubt you find too many walk throughs of this game/instas just does not seem to be any players that have put any work into doing that, you will find a few guides thou.

OP: http://www.theromwiki.com/Instance_List

Everyone Else: We cleared NoM last night with a group of level appropriate non-twinked toons. It's not that hard if you have a group of people that know how to play their roles and if you aren't afraid to think a little and use a bit of strategy.

I am seriously sick of everyone trying to get the dungeons dumbed down. I am enjoying the fact that they are *not* brain numbingly simple like other games I won't mention.

Cleared NoM last week with a full party < 40 and i want to add that it was a lot more fun than being run through!
Everyone should give it a shot. Maybe you wipe, maybe you don't, it's part of the fun.

i too would be interested in a list of what insts are where and what level. i have just started this game, and im still low level. i did FA last night, got ran through by a high level. i didnt enjoy it really. im an Ex World of Warcraft player. i remember the days of finding a group to do inst, wiping a dozen times, and finally breaking through and syncing together and finnishing. gear was gotten, people got expierence, and people had FUN. that is what im hopeing for. if i can find that in this game, i will even spend real moeny jsut to help support the development of RoM

FA: 25
BG: 25. Raidable.
NoM: 35
IDK 35: ...35
MA: 40 or 45, I forget. You need to be a little geared for it.
Clops: 50. More geared than MA.
Kalins: 50. More geared than Clops.
IDK 50: ...50. Pretty well geared.
TT: 50. Almost HOTO geared.
HOTO: 12k HP+
