The lowest level dungeon is level 10 at Howling Mountains. Well, there's actually 2 low level dungeons in HM, Cavern of Trials(which I have never been into before), and Barren Cave instance, located in the Barren Caves.

you forgot cavern of trials as a lvl 8 instance

you forgot barren caves as a lvl 10 instance

you forgot windmill basement as a lvl 15 instance

you forgot arcane chamber of sathkur as a lvl 15 instance

you forgot paspers as a lvl 45 instance

IDK 35 is NOT a lvl 35 instance...i have seen lvl 60+'s die due to the weird mechanics of the instance...and it is crazy hard for a lvl 35...i rate this one as harder than MA...i can solo 99% of MA(which, btw, is about 3-4 lvls higher than NoM), and i can't get past 2nd boss in IDK 35

clops is a little harder than KS if you do not know the mechanics, but gear-wise, i agree, it is easier...and it drops the best lvl 50 gear sets...besides those snow ones in ystra
