I actualy agree witht eh OP buit not for the reasons that he states. here is my reason for new dungeons in teh fast lvling areas:

Due to the speed at which you can lvl in CoO there should be a low lvl dungeon for 20-25 that teaches players what to do when in an instance (since coming back I ahve encountered several players that didn't even know how to make a party let alone how to properly play their class), Make it so that teh new dungeons must be done before a player can continue on (do not make them so hard that players give up). Set teh new dungeons up so that in order to enter you have to be in a full group, and you must have a quest that can only be completed inside it. A secobd dungeon should be stuck in the 45-50 area, and ahve the exact same requirements of the first. Doing this will give any new players a taste of what is to come without the harrasment from existing players due to their lack of knowledge.

Right now as it stands most of the new players blow right through to lv 60 in a few days jsut doing general quests. Never hitting an instance and pretty much missing out on some much needed experience in a group working together.

Sure, as if the lowbie powerlevel zones don't already make old content obsolete, let's add instances to them and make it even more so!

i for one, would like to see at least a super-hard mode for FA or BG....for all the twinks out there that can solo FA/BG, but can't hit anything in NoM, IDK 35, or MA due to acc. probs with the lvl differences, which would be more appropriate for their gearing...it doesn't even need to give XP for killing the mobs, it is just like FA or BG, but the mobs/bosses have a buff to 3-5x all their stats or we could have some harder bosses past the normal bosses that can only be reached in the hard mode...

it won't need to drop gear, it could just drop TP charms, phirius potions, AT charges, gear enhancement jewels...we could make it kinda into a minigame...we could even implement a once a day timer on it so it cannot be farmed...

yes, i know this is VERY unrealistic, but it would be sooo much FUN!
i am almost pissing myself with excitement just THINKING about it!

yes....that would be great also
i would really like to have more instances between FA(lvl 25) and NoM/IDK 35 (lvl 35+) compared to the rest of the instance lvl's, this seems like a really big space...other than that there is an instance about every 5 lvls...plus, instances are probably one of the best parts of this game, so why not make them a bigger part of the lower lvl experience?
i know some people who get to lvl 60+ without ever setting foot into an instance, and then they have no idea what they are supposed to do now...making more lower lvl instances will give a better impression of how endgame is then what RW has currently

I'd like to see new lower-level content too, it seems like Bolinthiya Rift Easy Mode was an attempt at this, but the "gates" there just made it an exercise in frustration(not to mention it's level 50, but the portals for it are in a level 40-45 and a 10-20 zone).

Temple of Mysteries returning would be nice, there is also an odd sealed-off hallway in HoDL(right before Androlier) with a staircase leading down. I'm not aware of it being used for anything at the moment, maybe it could lead to another instance(HoDL hardmode?).
