Leveling 2nd class....new zone?

Should I level my 2nd class in the new zone(and save reifort for my 3rd) or just go about my 2nd in reifort and 3rd in the new zone? I went there on an old toon and noticed you get a crazy gear and weapons package, and like free level 15 elite scrolls. Thats as far as I got though.

Decided to reroll and go wd/d till 20, then wd/d/s since I like the looks/sounds of Chiron(ill be an almost pure solo pve farmer). So i'm just curious if I should level up my 2nd class in the new zone first or not. Thanks!

Short answer, leave the new area 'til later.

Longer answer, you're playing an Elf. You have the advantage of being able to level your original class on Elven Island, and your second class in the original Human starting area of Howling Mountains. If you decide to try out a third class (most everyone does), wait until much later to utilize the Coast of Opportunity and Xaviera. That's what those areas are intended for--to rapidly level a third class so it can match up with a player's original two selections. Or, the new zones can be used to more quickly get through lean leveling times (quest-wise, that is) in the late 30s and early to mid 40s.

I do recommend, unless you insist on doing the level 50 Moa "epic" weapon quests, that you take advantage of the newer and much easier elite quest options at Heffner Camp, in CoO. You will have to get both your original classes to level 20 in order to use that method, and wait a bit before getting your level 15 elite skills.

If you are human, you can level your second class in Sacillia Steppes. Look in your General Skills for Transport to Reifort.

Typically I have levelled my second class through daily quests in the low-level areas.
Getting your second class with your main class at 10+ should be able to easily grind out the xp to get levels in your second class.

I am aware that Reifort was for second class progression and Coast was for the third, but it is not necessary if you like to stay in the areas you been hanging out at.

This of course is if grinding is OK with you.
Some don't like grinding.

I used to lvl secondary through sascilla/dfr, and than a mix of whatever. With CoO and Xaveria, you can be lazy and level your secondary class through there, or your primary if you really wanted to. Then lvl your third class with Xav dailies.

You could also just lvl your primary through Xav, then your secondary and third class on Xav dailies.

The fastest way I've gone is leveling primary through silverspring, aslan, ystra, DDC, ravenfall. Next class through CoO/Xav, and the third class with sascilla, dfr, and CoO/Xav dailies. I leveled all three classes to 50 in a 9 days, and that was only playing hard on the weekends, while doing 3-4hrs during the week. I had two weekends though.
