Broken Diary

I found the chest at*61.1, 48.6 to get the diary but it is page one, and the accept quest button is grayed out. I checked other sites and it says the quest page should be the last one on page ten.*
Kinda stumped on this can anyone shed some light?

Simply log out and log back in, the quest button will light up :)
