Determination Like a Flower

Picked up this daily quest in CoO Desert Investigation Post... need 10 Green Sun Flowers to complete. I have been all over the zone looking for them... tried Follow, cannot be followed... tried world search, not listed.

Does anyone know if this quest is bugged, or at least where the Flowers are supposed to be?

yep. seems to get bugged. did this quest on two alts for the first time a couple days ago. they are located all around the Allic's Community. when i retook the quest, the flowers no longer sparkled and could not find them. did not reset the next day either.

It does seem to be an odd quest. It should be a once a day quest, but many players seem to be reporting it as once in a lifetime quest, perhaps related to whether the character is an alt or not.
