Trying to make a recon rune, help pls?

In the transmutation chart http://www.theromwiki.com/Rune_Transmutation tryin to make a recon rune, but no recipe or formula for the "reason" rune required to finish this.
This "reason" rune is required for the Shield rune also, making all the pieces for either Recon or Shield, i am left with a "fountain" rune that does not work in the transmutor to finish .

Any suggestions or anyone knows what makes a "Reason" rune? Thank you for ur assistance. Squishy mage here :)

Resist Magic + Magic Damage = Reason
