You will see Sirius Hammertooth at the exit area at the end of Goblin Mines when you get the special timer run. There are two Timed Goblin runs; 15min and 30min. 30 Min one being the usual one, the 15 minute one being the special run. Finish the game, loot all chests within the time limit and you will be able to talk to Sirius and receive his treasure.
