where do i get murky ink and dalanis paper

thanks, but nope. i need to get murky ink but the npc is blanked out.

I did the Murky Ink quest, and then dropped the Pen, Ink, Paper quest and the Ink is gone, and I see no way to get it back. Talked to Malin again, but noting. Any idea what to do?

Personally I would cry, excuse me, submit a ticket via the support portal for a lost item. Then wait and hope a GM would be so kind as to send it to me via ingame mail(they usually are).
