How to get Elf to dwarf starting zone?

I want to make a warden and level up in the dwarf starting area since it has better rewards and I'm familiar with the quest line..anyone know how I can get there as a level 1 Elf?

You'll need to find a Dwarf to open up a Transport Portal for you, but it seems the Dwarves down there will only offer most of their quests to another Dwarf.
