Old bag quest help

I have been doing the old bag quests for my skill certificates in Heffner camp or Lyons camp. I wish to take advantage of the the much better exp from the old bag quests in Xaviera, but I have no clue how to do them, and I haven't found a guide or any forum discussions on how to do them there. I tried to do the one in Static, but nothing I try does any good. Any guide on this anywhere, or anyone can help explain what I need to do?

There are several versions of each quest so a guide would take a while to be put together.

Read all the tooltips for the extra skillbar you get - they're mostly quite well written, but you need to think carefully and look at the NPC's around you. One additional note is that for the Static Lathrofea old bag quests, you do not need to leave the village :).
