A: [It will be fixed] when the cause is found. As for compensation of ingame items please file support tickets, as is it supports' job to decide about such things. And we ask for your support in taking known bug reports as a piece of advice for not putting yourself into disadvantageous situations that may generate losses.
(short interpretation: it will be fixed "when it's done". for everything else => support. and if you know it's broken, don't use it. )
