Fyi. The rage assault camp in southern chrysalia ports between two locations, a western(59, 43) and eastern(67.6, 44.4).
There are yellow quest that can only be accepted and turned in when the camp is in the western location, and other yellow quest that can only be accepted and turned in when the camp is in the eastern location.
For quite a few players these yellow quest did not show up on the map that is brought up with pressing the m or shift+m default key bindings.
