I have already done my 60 and 70 elite questts for my m/s and s/m sides.

I recently completed my 60 elite quests for my p/s side, however the dragon won't talk to me so i can't start the 70 elite quest. Any idea what is wrong?

Best case scenario...check to see if you already have it. Otherwise, make sure you actually have the 60 elite for your P/S and didn't mistakenly get it for another class. Then re-log and try again. And, wait....the Dragon does not start the lvl 70 elite quest, it is that guy in the refuge that does.

True, but once you get the L70 on your 2 class combos X/Y and Y/X, you should be able to talk to dragon to get it on X/Z and Z/X, and on Y/Z and Z/Y. Provided that your Z is 70, of course. You are not supposed to have to repeat the process.

cool apparently for the second set of 70 elites, you just have to talk to the sleeping dragon Votakai.

has anyone completed the Votakai's Wish part of this quest line recently, especially on osha? I found the spot at lechif lighthouse but i cant seem to find the spot at lechif harbor. i went to the coords vfwiffo mentioned but that didnt work for me. i rode up and down the entire harbor and tried to cover the whole thing and still nothing. i tried relogging and there is only 1 channel. anyone know if its broken?

Yes, the coordinates are not the same for everyone. On one of my toons I even had to ride out over the water. But it is around there somewhere.

Try checking the mini map for the yellow dot(default UI). The spot may use a different indicator based on what addons used, but zooming out may help little in finding the trigger spot.

K, so I started this questline recently, and today I had just finished the quest which tasks you with talking to the dying dragon after you've showed him the sights in Tergothen. He says to me, "go out and get more experience, maybe then I can help you get more elite skills." I assume at this point that the questline is finished, however, I check my specific skills and the 70 elites for w/m aren't there. Are there more quests to do after the one I described? The quest I had just completed is called Dragon Soul's Reward.

Is that in sanctuary of balance? That is the last one. Supposedly, once you done the quest for your two classes, if you reach 70 in your third class and qualify for the 4 additional L70 elites, all you need to do is ask him, and not repeat the L70 chain. That could be what he meant by "go out and get more experience, maybe then I can help you get more elite skills", his way of telling you that he can help with other elites when you get L70 on third class.

Not getting the L70 elite is a separate issue, and I had no problems. But I done it months ago. A guildie completed the 30-hour quest yesterday, and didn't say anything about elite not working. I am 90% sure she completed the chain to the end, but I'll ask just in case. She is not w/m, though, it is possible that problem is class specific.
