For what level? The CoO daily Earn a reputation is good for low levels http://www.runesdatabase.com/quest/423776/earn-a-reputation

demontration Battle (lv70) is the fastest for higher levels, in AKoR.

For starting dwarves, there is that one daily in the small camp just after you leave the city. I forget what it is called, but you just run to the woodpiles to light the fires to keep the folks all warm and cozy. Quick and easy, but I think you have to be lvl 10 to get it.

Ah, there it is, "Temperature Control", lvl 9 daily. Given by Mayweather Lichada.

i still think the fastest lower lvl daily is "supply the sea of snow" in ystra..it takes like 1 min per turn in if u have fast mount
