quest in Merdhin Tundra

Anyone know how to complete these quest?

Former Brother-in-arms
-Jill does not seem to progress the quest.

Elemetal Fury
-Angry Fire Elementals do not seem to spawn.

Comrade from the Fellowship of the Holy Stone
-unknown where Zalkenrys is.

broken spawn unless there is a specific way to spawn them

world boss that you have to spawn like targonharl
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

My quest log indicates that "Comrade from the Fellowship of the Holy Stone" is only worth 1042371 xp/104237tp/7909g, the same as other quest. Does anyone elses show the same, because that is unsat for a world boss quest to give the same rewards as other quest?

It's more than some of the mobs, I've already found at least 1 type that doesn't give any xp or tp for killing them.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.

Zalkenrys has 200m HP and looks the same as Amboriar (big surprise there....even the aggs in zone are mostly re-used :/) If WoWmaps worked I would tell you where he spawns XD But its seems he only spawns at a set time, or during certain times or something, as he seems to disappear for ages then reappear.

Angry Fire Elementals do not spawn. They are released when elemental punishers are "killed". Maderoth apparently combined those two creature together, so the kill of the punisher is not the end of the mob, more like release of the inner core elemental.

That worked fine at first, now they are not releasing the elementals, and just dying. I believe that the no XP/TP mob mentioned above is the elemental punisher; if so, its death process is never completed, accounting for both issues.

The low XP for killing world boss is little unusual, but there is no really good XP to be awarded for fighting someone with 200m HP. For that matter, Bedim quest is even worse - you get same low 1m XP for killing 3 bosses. Not even 1m XP each boss, you get it for all 3 kills.

Quest rewards for World Bosses and instances have been the same as for the regular quests in Redhill Mountains & for ToSH but people are only noticing now? I don't know about AC & KBN simply because I've never bothered going near them yet.

Is working atm.

Right after maintenance all the elemental punishers 731 were spawning the angry fire elementals upon death. About two hours later only 1 out of 5 were spawning them correctly. About four hours later, they seemed to stop spawning them at all. I guess this is a new common theme since the same happened for the kulech destroyers.

Zalkenry is in Pahsolvsa(?), sort of. Once destroyed, he does not show up again until next maintenance. If he is not destroyed, he drops some oppressors that go very far out of their way to come over and say hi(aka one shot ppl out to a range of about 600). So be very cautious when going into the upper back part over there.
