Wasn't this one of the quests from the Rage Assault Camp people? If so, it won't show on your map. There's two camps that these NPCs port between every few minutes, and certain NPCs will only give certain quests at a specific camp. Try finding them and hanging around until they port if you don't see one that has a quest for you.
