Drafting Countermeasures - Aren Lord

Now that the Secret of a Deceit works, the next quest is "Drafting Countermeasures". And it is not working.

Edit... I think I have it figured out. This is a misleading quest. Will update in a second.

Were you able to get this figured out? I have the 3 delivered to the ones most have found already, but for the life of me can't seem to get the Aren part done.
