Boundries

Been going around finishing quests that I had slipped over in the past, and have this one called "Boundaries" Suppose to use some seeds on the protector vines. I remember when I first tried this quest, I had no problem finding the vines, but when using the seed while standing right next to a vine, it would tell me that no vines were in the area. has anyone completed this quest, or is it bugged?

Did it yesterday. No issues, but you have to pick a vine that is damaged.

hmmm...appears to be borked for me as well as a guildie. let vines get as low as 2% damage, and still get the message of no vines in the area. tried this on several vines with same result.

I also had to kill the elemental that was attacking the vine....It seems odd, we are on the same server, I just did this quest. I remember seeing that message you are seeing, but only till I figured out that I had to pick a vine that was being attacked, kill the elemental attacking, then use the seed on the vine.

Just went back and tried that sequence. found vines that were in various stages of damage, and that were being attacked by the elementals. Killed elemental first, and tried seed on vine. still get the same message that no vine is in the area. It is strange. I have abandoned and retaken the quest a few times now, but get the same results.

Yes. I have.....over and over. no elementals alive in the area, vines damaged, use seed, and am told no vines are in the area.

It's been awhile since I did that quest. I don't remember if you have to select the vine or not, after all the elementals have been killed.

I tried the quest last night - you do need to have the Vine targetted.

I appreciate you checking that, but I have tried that as well both ways targeted, and targeted. I should clarify though that I believe this quest title isw given as a regualr quest, and a public quest. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I am attempting to complete the regular amber quest line.
