There are several instances of Morrok & other mail quest NPC's that aren't 'cleaned up' properly by the game. Morrok is also standing outside the Hidden Laboratory in Northern Janost Forest if you wanted to verify that.

Anyway, I cannot try to find your quest line from where NPC's are standing - that's so very near impossible.
Instead, open your Title Manager (press T) and then press the "Check" button. Next, look into your title lists for each zone from the chapter 5 content and tell me what quests you must complete to achieve those titles.
From that, I may be able to work out where you might start looking.

i need titles from chrysalia , air superiority ,sacrifice , stand fast and struck by lightning and no quests show on my map.
are they dailies or public event quests?
this is the last place i had a morrock quest

the quest itself may not show on your map, but they will be in red writing in your title bar for the missing titles. when you know the quests you need to do , you can always search for the quest to find out who gives it to you.

I can also say... Thalia AU . Morrok is not outside the hidden lab for me.

Try turning off daily quest in the map setup to help locate yellow quest. Those should not require a daily/event quest to unlock.

edit: also be aware that if you are much higher level, the npc will not show a quest marker when you approach, but will have the quest dialog when talked to.

In the newer zones, since AKR, most, if not all, of the dailies require you to complete a regular quest prior to opening up the daily for daily use. In Addition, there are secret or hidden quests going back to who knows when that never show on the map, but then again, they are not that important. That being said, there are important main line quests that are hidden in Chrysalia that do not show on your map and are known as the "rage camp" quests. Basically, there are two locations near the hidden base that are 'temporary' spawn points for a band of elves that port in and out, back and forth, w/e. They provide about 8? quests, something like that. The quests only appear one at time, and you have to complete the first one to move on to the second, and so on. And you have to be in the right camp location, bleh...

3. Deliver True Dragon Scale to Forem Mone in Veiled Encampment. Accept and complete quest./ There are additionally daily and public versions for the quest “Sacrifice”
   

I was just looking at this place, but didn't find anything. Hope you have better luck and maybe you figure out how to make this dragon spawn, so you can tell me
