Ant Queen's Larva

So I remember you get 2 quests for the Ant Queen. One was for her Larva, the other for her and other ant's Movement Records.

I started a new toon. I have the quest for the Fruit Cactus, Flower Cactus, killing Kal'Turstan and Kal'Turssi, The Movement Record quest, and the KS quest that's deep inside (I did the boulder one).

Am I missing something? IIRC, I was able to have "Overthrow Those in Your Way" incomplete and still get the 2 Ant Queen quests.

Do I have to give Julia her present from Harlem ("Julia's Present" [Fruit Cactus]) to get Harlem to give me the Larva Quest? I earned the "Myrmex Studies Specialist" title probably when I was 46 or 47, and I am 50 now.

I've triple checked my backpack and I'm wondering if I need to complete one of those quests to get the Larva quest.
