Love Letter Quest

I dropped this quest yesterday, and cannot seem to pick it up again. I have a feeling I will be sending in a ticket, but if anyone knows exactly where you pick it up, I would be thankful.

No, this is a new quest in the new zone. A ghost wants you to write a love letter to another ghost, or something like that. The sheets of paper are on the bar next to the barkeep.

Jero Wespo is located at 66.5 / 81.2. The quest does not show on the map, and Jero does not show up in the NPC search.
