It is a poor excuse for a solution.

People just have to make a macro to go /script ReloadUI() to abuse it, then we'll get called idiots and have to beg for it to be removed.

The actual loading screen doesnt activate the bubble, its certain events that activate the bubble. Like using a portal, leaving mini games, or rezzing.

-Players who would otherwise roll on a pvp server roll a pve server because theyre scared of losing their gear.

-Players walk around in alternate gear/or naked.
true

-Players on PvP servers are at a huge disadvantage in raids and siege wars.
true
3 simple changes would revive the pvp servers.

1st - Guards don't attack reds. Guards attack criminals, and you only get the criminal debuff If you attack someone in a safe zone(towns)
I am for this

- Only the first attacker gets the criminal debuff
- Anyone can get the debuff even blues
- The debuff lasts atleast 6 hrs with no way to remove it
I think 3 hours would be better

- all the debuff does is treat you like a current red is treated, so you can still continue to kill in towns.
- The point of the idea is to increase the red population.

2nd - Let us prevent hijack all of our gear, so we only drop items in our bag. Yes! This is one of your best (if not the best) suggestions

or

If youre killed and the pk(10%) drop procs you drop 44.9k gold at level 67(formula = level^2*10). Only if you dont have the gold will you drop gear/loot. For the people who dont understand the formula a level 15 would drop 2.25k gold a level 30 would drop 9k gold and a level 50 would drop 25k gold. The 5 level rule still applies. No...

3rd - give us an 8 second pvp bubble when we use a portal or leave a mini game. 4-5 second bubble would be better

Just added some comments to what I think about your suggestion.
Overall, I generaly agree with it (;

From the moment I use the portal to the moment I see my character again about 6 seconds pass so if it was 4-5 seconds, it wouldnt help me much. If you mean 4-5 seconds from the point of landing in the new area than we are in agreement.

You'll need to address another factor core to gaming that relates directly to a player's ability to participate / compete:

Gear enhancments must be bracketted to regulate how far a Level (x) can stat over his/her "peers". No more end-game / high-level enchants on "lowbie" gear.

So, you'd not be able to apply mana stones containing stats from level 60 gear onto level 30 gear, as an example.
