Runes of Magic US / AU

in all honestly, r/s is prolly the best to pvp with elites like substitute, tongue poison, and slit throat. but if you dont like it, no since in playing it. warrior, priest, and mage are decent choices. warrior has some sick burst dmg, we have one in our guild and he destroys people. priest has some better self preservation with heals, holy aura, another CC to help in a fight but it lacks dmg compared to other secondaries, alot of people say mage is a good secondary, i dont see it a lot but the traps are supposed to be alot better and some of the mage general skills are nice

knight used to be ok till disarmament got nerfed, apparently it has a cool down on it with rogues

but play around with new toons and get a feel for them to see what you like, and if your still lower level around 30 or below, i'de recommend sticking it out with scout. substitute, slit throat and wrist attack have save me so many times in pvp and in pve

tbh, pvp in rom isnt at all special, its mainly what side can one shot the other side the fastest and almost all people i;ve fought in siege and in battlegrounds, there isnt much creativity since most of them just buy gear off the AH and rely on one shotting enemies. figure out creative things with your rogue with any secondary you like playing, and you will put them all to shame even if they severely out gear you. 90% of rom believe gear = win so they just stand in one spot thinking "im a god cause i can one shot anyone i want" let their arrogance be the end of them >=) just a little hint from a fellow rogue

i play a r/d in pvp and i love it because it has a poison aoe-which accounts for about 1/2 my total damage...it also has crit. rate increase buffs and crit damage buffs...

never played a r/wdn, so can't give any advice there

good advice and if u really try...skill>gear...i think i'm pretty good at pvp(and NOT because of gear) and i have even gotten pwned by people with worse gear because i never saw what they were doing to me until i was dead....some skill combo's are too good to be true....like a r/m can stun a player for over 30 sec...enough time for backup to come in SW or arena...
