I was lagging from the get-go as soon as sw started. Lag as in all my skills were delayed, people were standing in 1 spot, then they fast forwarded to another position. At first there was a 1-5 second delay between each of my casts (horrible when you're a healer and not sure if your heals are going through). At one point it felt seemed like all of Notorious were pew pewing my sorry self, so I just slammed my "oh crap!" skills till my screen showed I finally caste them. It also seemed as I was rubber banding, as that many people should have easily taken me down. Perhaps the location of my character wasn't updating? Not sure.
Then 7:13 local time hit, and I began dying, with my character not rezzing for a good 45 seconds after I hit the rez button. Laying a face of trech and 2 flame towers took a good 3-5 minutes during this time. After dying 1 more time, I had a delayed rez once again, and crashed to the login screen. All my skills were delayed by a minute, then 2 minutes, then by 5+.
After crashing, I would log back in, try to enter siege war, then my character would fade, and disappear. I could not move my invisible, nonexistent self, and missed the rest of siege.
During this time, we had 5 people able to move, but only 4 active (one of ours was stubborn and thinks preparing for last minute caps while there's 20+ minutes in siege is cool). The rest of our guild either never crashed out, and had all their actions delayed by 3-5+ minutes, or couldn't get in. 1 member however, crashed, had the invisible/fade dilemma, logged, logged back in, and entered siege war without him actually opening up the window and hitting the enter button. Not sure what that was about.
Regardless, the ones who lagged all had their actions delayed, and people on their screen would freeze, then fast forward and update, then freeze again. The ones who went lagless all live on the east coast btw. Im in Cali.
Honestly, siege should at the very LEAST be stable by now. Ever since I joined in early 2010 its always been problem after problem. Enough is enough. Take the damn thing down and work on it. If you lose customers by doing so, well, you deserve it.
