I would surmise you are right about this guess as to what the message meant to say. But, that is not what happened. We had DSL time shift occurring mid-week and so the time was shifted during the weekly maintenance. The explanation was that for the first part of the week SW would be off 1 hour, but as soon as DST adjustment hits, it would be back at its usual time. It was not pre-announced, and people were complaining about that.

Probably right about the rest of the message being an attempt to flame. Not particular incendiary one, though.

Better put on your Kevlar pink hat considering siege is most likely not going to work at all seeing Arena is down.

Yeah! We're screwed! I've just been reliably informed that my pizza delivery is mid-pacific in a canoe, IT will be out of action for days!!

the hour pushback didn't work... now you just crash 2 min after you click "enter battle"... during that time, you don't enter siege, and nothing else works

Wow really?

Nice job Frogster/RW moving the siege time and then breaking it. I rarely get to siege cause i work nights but on my nights off, siege is one of my things to do. But once again you know how to screw up a wet dream with a paper sack... nuff said...

You mean "you crash 2 min after you click "enter battle" again? This isn't new.

Does anyone else feel like we just went back in time over a week?

I'm so thoroughly discouraged and disappointed, I can't even begin to describe it. Siege is the primary reason I play this game and all the runs, minis, dailies, etc. are to better myself for siege. I'm losing momentum. Please fix this.

Yeah, I have to agree. That is pretty dirty. The moving of siege was one thing but they had to have known that siege was not gonna work. The PVP server was causing the same characteristic crash upon attempted entry long before siege was scheduled to start. They should have at least communicated to you that you shouldn't wait up.

Night.

Whats Going on with Siege Wars?

OK, Whats going on with Siege Wars, there for awhile it didn't work, then you fixed it, now tonight you all changed the time for it and now my Guild can't get in at all...:confused::confused:

You know for some reason this doesn't surprise me at all, this crap is starting to become the norm with RoM these days, if you really want to shock me then try something new, like I don't know, maybe fix it for a change...

At this point it would be better to take siege offline and fix the issue instead of giving the playbase false hope.....

Awesome fix, no lag when no one can get into Siege now.

Everyone from our guild that tried Tuesday got the "nothing happens for a couple minutes then get kicked back to login" feature.

-----------

Siege had the same problems 18 months ago and Froggie solved it then, why can't QA go back and check their logs to see what was done then and then duplicate it, surely they didn't discard this troubleshooting information.

-----------

Now listen to your disatisfied customers and move Siege back to its proper time.
