chiron does NOT ignore defense.

The thing about chiron is that his pattack also equals his dmg.

So his base dmg is really high even to high defense people.

^ this is slightly wrong but close enough to people not understanding him.

I love getting one shotted by a warden pet while I'm healing gates, So much fun indeed! What was the point of having gates and walls again?

If this is happening, screen shot your combat log. Check that the warden player did not hit you, you did not hit the player, or hit the chiron. If those 3 things did not happen, please submit them.

As for the claims that once the chiron is past the walls, it can attack anything: Not legit.
It can only attack stuff that hits it, hits the warden, or the warden can hit. If it is attacking anything else, such as gate healers or buildings, that is because the player actively commanded it to.

edit(note):
frantic briar does not cause any warden pet to engage the target(s) hit.

For the screenshot, make sure you take it before rezzing to prove your postion in relation to the gate.

Okay need to add 2 more.

Does the warden pet use Vamp Arrows as a spell? Last night our healer while healing the gates was getting killed through the walls (checked combat logs)

What can be done about score dropping guilds? We fought one last night whose score was 905 and 85% of their players were in KBH gear

The point is to one shot the priests/druids, maybe you don't understand that part of it, chiron ignores defense, all of it, all the time.

Like I said, no point because everybody in sight dies immediately. Chiron will never get a shot off. I'd much rather run with my group walk up and Charged Chop and one shot people. Besides all merits go into Herald and Scrolls. Once we get enough for those, siege is over. And Chiron definitely does not ignore defense or he would be hitting for the same amount as it does on a mob in Crysalia and a KBN-H boss which is obviously not the case. If Chiron was doing 1.5mil hits per cast in hard mode, even faster burns lol

Then explain to me how nubs without gear can hit 200k+ hits with their chirons who can barely hit above 10k CC hits.

Also the reason that Chiron hits lower on the bosses is because of level of the mob, levels = damage reduction, also accuracy reduction and crit reduction. HM Mob levels are always higher than the current level cap of their release.

Ignoring defense is one thing, other factors are still in place.

Chiron's crits and noncrit are barely different. A non-crit will be 1.9m and a crit will be 2.1m. Sure bosses in KBN are higher level than us, I'll give you the damage reduction, but the difference is quite huge. As for a strong Chiron in SW, full buff P.Att. Hero Pot, P.Att food, Housekeeper buff, Wedding food, Amp Attack, Savage Power, Pet out, Mem P.Att buff, 20 sec P.Att buff, summon Chiron, Cast Valiant Shot on nearby balloon, resummon Chiron, Morale Boost, Explosion of Power, Valiant Shot, then Centaur Arrow away. That's a lot of P.Att increase right there.

The only thing that can be done in our current environment of frogster/gameforge's refusal to help us with more or less anything is to just remind said score-dropping guilds of their fear of fighting someone on equal grounds as themselves. If they're too much of a wuss to fight a fair or uphill fight, then they've got bigger problems that siege rewards arnt going to solve :)

I always find it strange how my guild consisting of 5 players has to go against 19+ players who have the same score. Maybe 2 or 3 are tiny alts, but the majority are geared or active and able to put up defenses. How do these guilds drop down so low in score? We sit somewhere between the 900 to 1200 score range, and we somehow go against the same 10 teams over and over again. A few of these teams should have ascended way higher into another bracket due to their numbers and power. But alas when 5pm rolls around, we all let out a heavy sigh and say... "Damn its _________ again....".

Not like Chiron being able to hit super hard is that big of a deal... even a damage deprived priest/knight like myself can one/two shot a Chiron.

If its the same people for weeks and their points never go up, most likely point droppers. But very often guilds also get wrongly accused of point dropping. We had 4k points several days in a row once and our points went down by 1000. Then we easily stomped a 1500 point the next day. Also, at certain brackets, the difference becomes massive. The points may have changed, but based on my past experiences, there's a huge jump at 1500 or so points, and another at 2500.

People often use the amount of people and their hP as an indication of what points the other guilds should have, and both are really meaningless, because it only takes 58k unburied to buff to 100k hP, and I've met more guilds than I can count that have huge amounts of people but are really weak.

Pretty sure I know which guild Engelixe is referring to, and they've been doing it for months, maybe even years. It's pathetic that they need to faceroll smaller guilds just to satisfy their e-peens when they should be sieging against the top guilds. It's even more pathetic that RW/Gameforge (and before that, Frogster) have allowed this practice to continue for years, and as of yet haven't expressed any interest in fixing it.
