I'm sure many of you are aware that it's kinda hard to know how many you will have online for siege until like 5 minutes before it starts. I, for one, log in right before it starts. Kinda silly to tell a guild to drop off the list when they have no idea who will be there in 2 hours.

And when people point drop, they usually switch between 2 or more guilds to always be in the lower point range, just not showing up sometimes doesnt really fit the description.

I'd like to change topics and say that I teabagged Gigi last night for a solid 10-15 seconds. To his defense, the sentence he was typing was proper English. They grow up so fast.

Not sure if your guild is heavy into PvE or not (from what I've been told...PPK is the only guild on Artemis still to clear kbn? Could be wrong), but a lot of those top guilds you see in the siege lists are, for the most part, PvE guilds who have gear, and PvP comes secondary. It is that way with Heretic. We do not openly recruit so we can just have numbers for siege. We recruit on ability and adeptness.

As a result, there will be days when no one logs in till siege, or till after siege, or everyone logs off the hour before siege after 3-6 KBN HM clears due to real life. Sometimes people don't log in until halfway through siege. I often find myself, with maybe 3-5 others holding back the opposite guild until we get more members that log in. Sometimes they don't log in. Sometimes we have 20 in. Sometimes we have to fight with 10 or less. More often than not we're outnumbered 2-1 or 3-1.

PvE is our main focus.

People have commitments to things other than siege. Get over it, and yourselves. Its a damn game.

Maybe there could be a waiting list for siege. Guilds that aren't sure on whether or not they will come will get registered as normal (if they get in) and then the guilds on the waiting list can report maybe half an hour before siege (I understand late arrivals, but half an hour is enough to get a rough value) how many people are available to siege/who. Yes this is a disadvantage, but better than not having siege.

If this is the case then the already registered guild can pick another guild on the waiting list to take their spot.

Multiple guilds (group perspective) that have been registered can select a group of guilds that can be randomly added in if a guild decides that they don't want to siege. So known proven point dropping guilds won't be brought into siege. This also would allow ourselves to police ourselves. GM/CMs can step in if people are being unfair

....unless it is TSF cloaked can rot in DL trying to perfect his strategy

Also, ppk should disband and then make mini-op guilds filled with newbies, then be mean to them and have them come to Reni or one of those pvp servers, apparently their newbs are worn out from rez stone campers

I'm still working on it lol. Gonna try bringing a dim light dagger seeing as I can wield one. Should allow me to dps it faster, and if i need to heal, I'll swap to staff, then back to my Dim Light. Shouldn't have to worry about dagger skill being to low. I was a rogue originally when I started

For DL solo W/M is just more practical because it has physical damage skills and your weapon serious physical damage on it already.

Refusing to swap classes is like refusing to use a certain skill. Like a mage refusing to use flame and going 100% wind. Can be done. Sometimes fun / sometimes painful.

I am swapping to Wd/S when I want to solo DL and I have been doing it for a while. It's a very easy solo. Just like if I need to tank RT diamond or Grafu. I'd be stupid to do it on R/S or R/Wd.

I think Cloaked does it for the challange of doing it. if it was easy, there would be no points for him to do it.
