Enemy is green and can not be attacked!

We played siege against another guild and many of its members could not be targetted or attacked. I am sure many of you know which guild this is since they have a high score in siege but most of the members are subpar.

In any case, we could not attack them. They show green and it lasted the entire siege. They eventually took our crystal in 30 minutes because most of our guild gave up. We even tried to attack their castle but their gates were green as well - Tornado and Scrolls did nothing.

We had a mage that could eventually kill them with AOE but they came back green. And anyone with AOE attacks were targeted first.

We took video, submitted it but nothing happened. I have been told that they have been doing this for a while and others have submitted video but nothing was done.

Is there a way to deal with this type of guild since it is obvious that submitting does nothing.

Support is the appropriate place to contact on this issue, and I don't see any good coming from this being on the forums.

In the past, this type of thread leads to one of two outcomes:

1. Someone from the other guild becomes offended and begins a name-calling flame war.

2. Someone has found an exploit and describes how to do it in detail, and then it's everywhere.

Neither result is acceptable, so this thread is closed. Once again, if you have concerns about a guild using an exploit or cheat, contact Support, as they are the ones who can address that issue.
