I thought this was a myth when i first heard of this, but infact, it is true. Let me explain if you're unfamiliar with what I'm saying:
Imagine an enemy. Yet their Health bar is blue (not red as enemies are shown). They are able to attack you, but they can't be hit by our attacks, even AOE's don't hurt them. They aren't detectable by Traps nor Tower Guards. Pretty much an invulnerable enemy.
I'm not about to list names but we faced a guild tonight that had 2 players that had this bug. We asked if he/she/them could relog (Leave/Enter Battle.. takes 10+ seconds) and he/she/them said they had already done so. That's fine, i'll take their word for it. But as this bug had not changed with their relogs, they continued to use this exploit to quickly clear out the traps and clear us out. It was really frustrating
I understand from what i've been told its a bug but if it comes out that this is infact a hack/intentional exploit, i will never enter Siege Again simple as that. Reason won't be a matter of "Runewalker/Gameforge/Frogster keeps SW in Beta.. blah blah blah.. they haven't fixed anything.. blah blah blah.. its their fault" No. (in theory) I will blame the disrespectful, Shameless, Sore Loosing Exploiters/Hackers that they are. "If you can't beat them, Hack" as their M.O. pretty much is. but as it stand's its a bug and i will save hanging my cape up for good for later. I know there's other exploits/model folders/hacks that are unbearable to deal with at times but a total GOD MODE is just insaine.

he knew and used it to kill our team members/traps and take towers.... he would run in kill all of us and the traps while his team waited for the clear to come in and trap/take the tower

they call it a bug. You can Aoe kill them, So have a mage purgatory fire. or whatever AoE's you do have. Personally I call it an exploit or hack that can be turned off. I say this cuz have dealt with it from another guild on Palenque who suddenly were able to be targeted after someone was world shouting a gm was on server. To me that means that it is no bug. Its something people found out they can do under certain circumstances(exploit) or it's a game hack. Regardless of what the forum mentor has already said. Just AoE them and if the guild is on your server let it be known to your server. We've had several announcements of 2 different palenque guilds who do this.

To the best of the information available to me, the issue described by sickdust is a bug and not an exploit or a hack. I myself seen it happen in siege. There's no sure and simple way to "fix" it during siege. The bug has been reported to Runewakier.
Suggestions that have been offered include but are not limited to:
1. One or more attempts to simply relog--leave siege and come back in
2. One or more attempts to eave siege, close the game, then relog and re-enter siege
3. Leave siege, close the game, then restart computer, relog and re-enter siege.
If none of those suggestions work, or if there's not enough time remaining in siege to do them, the only "honorable" thing for an affected player to do is to place himself in a position--preferably in his castle--where the player won't be affecting the outcome by attacking opposing players, crystal towers, or the opponent's castle/buildings while being "immune" to attacks.
I have never seen specific characters from specific guilds affected in this way.
If you ask affected players to leave siege and relog because they're immune (green) and they refuse, you're welcome to video record them in that state and submit a ticket to Support.
