We already went through an exhaustive poll related to the US siege wars times and you can view the results here:

Once this decision was made, which by the way was voted on by the community, we noted that this change was a one time change.
We are sorry if the timing isn't of your choice, but the majority wanted the 10 PM Eastern slot as the main siege time.
Having said that, I will close this thread
