Hey there, Cike here.

I was just wondering if anybody else still does(or at least attempts to do) low level arenas. It was one of the best parts of the game, and I am greatly disappointed RW killed it(yeah, right now it's about as dead as a doornail).

Well, I guess while I am here I could talk about some of the great features of low level pvp.

1) it's easy and cheap to gear a char. 30 min of PLing, and maybe 100-500k per piece(depending on whether you make or buy) of gear and you have a formidable toon to play.
1b) since making a toon is so easy, you can play multiple chars in arena depending on your mood, just have either a couple sets of gear ready to send to different chars, or keep a couple chars geared.

2) it's NOT a 2 shot game. defense can go sky high, but raw damage is limited at low level, as is crit. You can try to be a glass cannon if you want, but prepare to die fast.

3) good source of honor points. faster than the amount u get for SW for the same time if you are good.

4) it's FUN!

i normally keep a couple toons arena-ready(lvl 1-29 bracket)...at almost all range of gear/ability(from heavily dirty statted, to nearly naked)...some are even just quest geared and such if the only opposition is noobs ^.^(i do like a fair fight, even if that means i die a whole lot more).

when i mean "statted", i am referring to dirty statting. while clean statting is better(obviously), i personally feel it is unnecessary for twinking. that being said, i have no qualms if other people would like to partake in that style of gearing.

if any1 is confused as to how to make a twink, or needs direction, feel free to ask.


i recently procured a slew(enough for almost 4 fully statted chars, many more if half-statted) of matching fusion stones(and can get more) on palenque if any1 there needs help finding some...

i almost exclusively use the 1-29 bracket, with dirty statted gear(usually 3 stat fusion stones). alot of my toons have fallen into a bit of disuse due to arena being well, kinda dead, and need updated gear(still DoD statted lol)...if people are interested, i might have to build them back up...

main twinks are a r/d 29/29(18k HP, 14k PA right now) or a p/w/r 28/32/28(needs gear bad).

i normally go high def(both magic and physical)/low HP, so can take more abuse than people assume

god am i behind...got 1 toon up and running, others need gear bad...my p/w/r especially(gonna str/PA/stam stat him, all on cloth, then can use same gear on all classes )

hardest part is finding blank, OD gear i've noticed...stats and stones fall out of the sky compared to getting the base gear lol

i've actually had to start farming FA for gear lol

i remember back when twinking was a thing, every1 threw up their blank, OD drops on the AH to make a quick buck...

that being said, any hat vendors around lvl 20-25? it's the ONLY piece i can't find blank/OD...may have to actually just try a costume piece...
