Raids

Some people are under the assumption that dps are the most important and only thing necessary for a raid but y'all are wrong debuffs like m/wl s/r wl/m and etc can help a lot more than a party full of dps think about that next time you run and see you can't clear and be a pal and take one for the team especially if you are lacking in dps instead of ppl logging in alts when those can be actual people

Well most (MOST) endgame groups would love actual players playing the buff and support classes rather having them be alts, but when those players turn a 45 minute run into a 2 hour run, or party wipe repeatedly from not returning pet... backing out of way... runnning too far in, common sense stuff... Then those players do not get invites back because why have 11 people suffer due to 1 persons lack of simple common sense.

I'm not against it at all, as it should be 12 players all playing a character each in a party, and I would love that. But in some cases there just aren't viable replacements for alts across the server, for the harder instances.

Word you right but if the player know what they doing they can be a lot more help than an alternative and take some burden off the person using the alt

I think everybody agrees on this.

Often the problem is to find those people,
So we try to find people that are willing to listen/learn.
We give them gear, give them stats, plus there gear, give them etc. etc.

And after a month or 2 they wanna swap classes and be as OP as the top DPS of the guild...
Which results that those new people are a bit unhappy and all the people that geared those new people are also a bit unhappy...
Alts are needed again..,
People cant join run, because no spots free.

Tho i always try to advise people to play what they like most,
I also try to advise (especially the top players) to take a 3 third class that also can be a supporter combo (or another role than the main combo) so you also can play supporter and giving your dps spot to someone who still needs to learn/gear.

A guild need to do it together, not only the top telling other people to do what.
But on the other hand, (all) people MUST listen to each other to make it work :)

Also...being a buff or debuff class combo (mine are WD/S and S/R - Both at Mouthee's suggestion) allows you to get in the end game raids while being a cheap bastard (like me) who only +'s rings, necklaces and main weapons. Besides, properly statted, some of those classes can do respectable DPS in their own right.
I don't support 1 Server. I just like the Anagram - GOAT GRIP!

Word you right but some guilds aren't filled with good dps so If they go support just so another player can dps and they aren't geared messes up whole run
