The blacksmith recipe for "thin dagger drop" (weapon lvl25) drop on the "
Ice Dwarf Soldier" (lvl24 mob) in "Dragonfang Ridge"
Im note sure if it really drops from Ice Soldiers. Bacause I killed like 2000 of them and still no recipe. Also in most databases there is no Thin Dagger recipe drop when you look in Ice Dwarf Soldier list. Do you really get it?
According to
this entry in runesdatabase, the recipe does drop off Ice Dwarf Soldiers in DFR. You might also try to run the Malatina's Survival minigame with a character close to that level. Many recipes drop there, including some that seem not to drop anywhere else.
