Whenever I craft fro example a Fine Wooden Bow, I always get white ones, and rarely green ones, and then once in a full moon blue ones. How come I cannot choose to make only the blue ones etc.?
What you get is decided by a dice roll. It sounds like you are only buying the white recipes (from the NPC). Of course, you can go on the AH and buy a blue recipe, in which case the lowest dice roll you get is a blue.
